Next Workshop (6 Oct): Horror writer Alex Davis

On 6th October Alex Davis will be visiting Fosseway Writers at Newark to lead a workshop at Knights Court from 7-9pm. He visited two years ago and led an excellent workshop to inspire us to write ghost stories. We look forward to another entertaining evening. If you’re in the Newark area, come along and get tips on the dark arts of horror writing, a splash of science fiction and perhaps some info on actually getting your grisly tales published.

Alex is a horror writer and based in Derby, UK. He has previously been published in magazines including Dark Horizons, The Harrow and Carillon and organised a range of SFF and horror writing events. He has also read and performed at a number of venues around the East Midlands.

If you would like to attend the workshop please see our About page which gives information on where we meet. There’s also a contact form if you would like to let us know you’re coming, or pop a comment in the box below. We’ll make sure there’s enough tea and biscuits to go around  🙂
