Happy New Year – fingers crossed that 2022 is the best year of the decade so far (a low bar, admittedly).
Our 2022 poetry competition is now open and the theme this year is “Lost Space“. This may conjure up images of a particular TV show (and latterly a film starring Joey from Friends for some reason) and if you want to be ‘Lost in Space’ that’s perfectly fine but feel free to go with any ‘space’ that springs to mind.
Top prize is £50 with £30 for second and £20 for third place. You’re allowed up to 40 lines in your poem and the deadline is midnight on Saturday 2 April 2021. Electronic as well as hard copy entries are welcome. NB: Please see the full entry details on our competitions page and read carefully!
