OK, I confess.
It’s actually Annual General Meeting. But before you tune out, bear with me. As well as running through some of the highlights of the last year (such as our latest Anthology and Newark Book Festival) we’ll be having a discussion on some future opportunities: Fosseway Writers have been invited to get involved with some rather interesting projects – all will be revealed at the meeting.
Members will also have a chance to join the committee and help guide the group’s direction. We’re a little understaffed at the moment so any help will be most gratefully received.
And, of course, we’ll be hearing the results of the Flash Fiction competition from Kirsty Adlard.
Make sure you’re at Knights Court on Thursday at 7 pm for a good chat about what you want to get out of the group and what our priorities should be for 2019. See you there!
