We’re delighted that Giselle Leeb will be our guest speaker at this month’s meeting at Knights Court.
Although she now lives in Nottingham, Giselle grew up in South Africa where she developed a close bond with nature and the environment. As well as being a writer she earns a crust as a web developer and is Assistant Editor of RECKONING – an annual journal of creative writing on environmental justice.
Her short stories have appeared in Best British Short Stories 2017, Ambit, Lady Churchill’s Rosebud Wristlet, The Lonely Crowd, Mslexia, Litro, Bare Fiction, The Stockholm Review, and other places. She has placed third in the Ambit, Elbow Room and Aurora competitions and been shortlisted for the Bridport and Mslexia prizes.
